Bio:

From humble beginnings as a nursery hand at Rankins Rose Nursery, I have matured into Head Gardener roles at Lucas House and Garden and Gardener and Son.

Taking a few detours from my gardening path, I explored my love of food and worked for a time in bar and event management.

But then the call to gardening was too strong and finally drew me back, and in 2015, I joined Lucas House and Garden, eventually rising to head gardener.

I commenced my horticulture studies in 2015 and now hold a Double Diploma in Horticulture and Conservation. I am taking my studies further with an advanced Permaculture Design certificate with Matt Powers (M.Ed).

2023 saw me joining the team at Gardener and Son as head gardener.

In my short time working for Gardener and Son, the team of passionate green thumbs re-lit a fire in my belly.

So much so that it was time to mature my own business Artisan Horticulture that I had been running on the side since early 2020.

Gardening and Horticulture is my passion and my profession.
